Can companies, sole proprietors and individuals contact you?
Yes. We accept inquiries from companies, sole proprietors, customers planning a new business or project, and individuals. Availability depends on the intended use and transaction conditions.
Can I ask without knowing the exact product name or model?
Yes. Please provide the application, required performance, currently used product, photos or any other available information. We will consider suitable products and sourcing methods.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Please provide the product name, manufacturer, model number, application, specifications, quantity, desired delivery date, export country and import country. Attach drawings, specifications, SDS or product photos when available.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and manufacturer. Some projects can begin with samples, prototypes or small lots.
How long is the lead time?
Lead time depends on stock, manufacturing, OEM requirements and transportation. We provide an estimate after confirming the specifications.
Sourcing and Import/Export
Which countries and regions do you support?
We mainly support Japan, China, South Korea and Malaysia, and review other Asian regions on a project basis.
Do you handle general cargo?
Yes. Our service is not limited to dangerous goods or chemicals. We also support electronic components, precision parts, industrial equipment, films and consumer products.
Can you assist if an SDS is not yet available?
We first review the product and application. An SDS or equivalent information is normally required to assess regulations and transportation, and we can help request documents from the manufacturer.
Can you arrange dangerous goods transportation?
We review the product name, composition, SDS, quantity, packaging, export country and import country, then investigate regulations, documents, packing and transport conditions.
OEM and Quality Confirmation
Can you arrange OEM production in China or Asia?
We can research manufacturers for film coating, metal processing, machinery and consumer products according to your specifications. Drawings or samples help the review.
Can you support prototypes through mass production?
Yes. We confirm prototype conditions, evaluation methods, planned production volume and delivery requirements.
Can you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes. An NDA can be discussed before confidential drawings or specifications are shared.
