Consultations and Quotations
Can individuals place an inquiry or order?
Yes. We accept inquiries from companies, sole proprietors, customers planning a new business or project, and individuals. Availability depends on the intended use and transaction conditions.
Can I ask without knowing the exact product name or model?
Yes. Please provide the application, required performance, currently used product, photos or any other available information. We will consider suitable products and sourcing methods.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Please provide the product name, manufacturer, model number, application, specifications, quantity, desired delivery date, export country and import country. Attach drawings, specifications, SDS or product photos when available.
Can you support small-lot orders?
Availability depends on the product and manufacturer. Some projects can start with samples, prototypes or small lots. Please provide the desired quantity and application; we will confirm the minimum quantity, cost and lead time.
Can I request samples only?
Sample-only requests can be considered depending on the product and manufacturer. We confirm sample charges, shipping costs, quantity and lead time in advance. Sample availability is not guaranteed.
How long is the lead time?
Lead time depends on stock, manufacturing, OEM requirements and transportation. We provide an estimate after confirming the specifications.
Sourcing and Import/Export
Do you support countries other than China?
We mainly support Japan, China, South Korea and Malaysia, and review other Asian regions on a project basis.
Do you handle general cargo?
Yes. Our service is not limited to dangerous goods or chemicals. We also support electronic components, precision parts, industrial equipment, films and consumer products.
Can you assist if an SDS is not yet available?
We first review the product and application. An SDS or equivalent information is normally required to assess regulations and transportation, and we can help request documents from the manufacturer.
Can you arrange exports of dangerous goods?
We review the product name, composition, SDS, quantity, packaging, export country and import country, along with regulations, required documents and transport conditions, before confirming feasibility. Not all dangerous goods can be exported.
Can you find manufacturers in China?
Yes. We research potential manufacturers based on the application, specifications, quantity and delivery requirements. You can contact us even if you do not know the manufacturer. Availability and transaction conditions are confirmed after research.
Can you support exports from Japan to China?
You can consult us about exports from Japan to China. We review the product, application, quantity, exporter, importer and destination, then confirm feasibility after checking regulations, required documents and transport conditions.
OEM and Quality Confirmation
Can you arrange OEM production in China or Asia?
We can research manufacturers for film coating, metal processing, machinery and consumer products according to your specifications. Drawings or samples help the review.
Can you support prototypes through mass production?
Yes. We confirm prototype conditions, evaluation methods, planned production volume and delivery requirements.
Can I share drawings after signing an NDA?
Yes. We can discuss a non-disclosure agreement before confidential information is shared. Please provide drawings or specifications after the terms are agreed and the NDA is signed. We also confirm the scope and handling of information shared with potential manufacturers in advance.
Services, Quality and After-Sales Support
Are consultations and quotations free of charge?
Initial consultations and standard quotations are free of charge. If on-site research, prototype production, specialized testing or another paid service is required, we will explain the scope and cost in advance.
Can you check the quality of products from China?
We communicate requirements based on specifications, drawings and samples. When appropriate, we arrange pre-production checks, prototype evaluation and pre-shipment inspection. The inspection scope and criteria are agreed for each product.
Can you arrange transportation and customs clearance?
Yes. We review the product type, quantity, delivery schedule, export country and import country, then consider suitable transportation methods and required documents. For chemicals and dangerous goods, availability is determined after reviewing the SDS, regulations, packaging and other conditions.
What happens if a defect is found after delivery?
We first confirm photographs, quantity, lot information and the circumstances of the issue, then discuss the cause and response with the supplier or factory. Depending on the agreed terms, we consider reinspection, replacement or remanufacturing.
